Descripción

Esta batería está destinada específicamente al modelo Cyrusher XF900.

Acerca de la batería: Esta batería está equipada con celdas SAMSUNG. La vida útil de la batería depende de muchos factores, como la temperatura, las estrategias de almacenamiento, el cuidado de la batería, etc. Las temperaturas más altas o más bajas pueden hacer que la batería se descargue más rápido. Para obtener los mejores resultados, recomendamos mantener la batería cerca de la temperatura ambiente.

Almacenamiento de la batería: Si vas a guardar la batería durante mucho tiempo, NO la cargues por completo. Recomendamos guardar la batería con una carga de entre el 50 % y el 70 % para proteger mejor sus celdas.

Carga: La batería tarda unas 5-6 horas en cargarse por completo y puede durar hasta 1500 cargas completas. 

Ten en cuenta que las baterías compradas por separado no incluyen cargador.

Unfortunately, I’ve not received the battery. I’m trying to work with FedEx to locate but have not had any success.

Above and beyond

I had some minor shipping damage and later on my battery case cracked in the center for no apparent reason. Alec and Jake resolved my problem and sent out warranty replacements within one day. Their customer service and tech-support go far beyond expectations and for some reason my account wouldn’t let me submit a support ticket so with a phone call in a couple of emails they took care of everything for me personally. I just want everyone to know how incredible the Utah office is and how friendly helpful everybody that I’ve spoken to has been. 110% service rating.

Company stands behind product

I bought my XF900 the end June 22’. I had a warranty issue and the took care of me quickly. It’s been my experience that these E-bike companies only have sales available by phone which is understandable as they’d have so many calls for service that in the end would be reflected in the cost of product. So, just realize you will have to use the chat but be confident as it is efficient and this a great company I’d strongly recommend. In fact, I’m about to buy a buddy 2nd bike. Thanks Cyrusher! I’m happy customer who loves his bike.
