Eligible returning customers will receive a personal one-time anniversary reward code by email. Please check the inbox connected to your previous Cyrusher order and use the same email address or account when ordering.
Returning rider codes are for individual use, valid during the anniversary campaign, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If you believe you are eligible but have not received your code, please contact our support team with the email address used for your previous order.
No purchase is required for the regional Gift Set Giveaway. A valid eligible e-bike order is required for order-based Gift Set eligibility and the Purchase Draw where permitted.
Yes. Each eligible e-bike counts as one entry into the 12th Anniversary Purchase Draw.
If you order two eligible Cyrusher e-bikes during the campaign, you will receive two draw entries. If you order three eligible e-bikes, you will receive three draw entries.
The 12th Anniversary Gift Set is handled separately. Gift Sets are limited to one per customer, regardless of how many e-bikes are purchased, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while the shared global allocation lasts.
To keep the campaign fair, Cyrusher may review order details such as email address, customer name and shipping address. Orders using the same email, same name or same shipping address may be treated as the same customer for Gift Set eligibility.
