Warranty

Warranty Conditions:

this warranty applies only to the original owner of Cyrusher Sports Electric Bikes and Bikes.

This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of defective parts at the discretion of Cyrusher Sports Electric Bikes and Bikes. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, commercial use, alterations, modifications, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of non-original installation or accessories.

Designed or compatible with the bike sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper after-sales service. Only in very extreme cases will a full replacement bike be issued; in these cases, it may be necessary to return the original bike to the Cyrusher Sports facility for inspection/repair before a new bike is launched. If repairs can be made, a new bike will not always be launched. This warranty does not cover consumables or normal wearing parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, handles, chains, spikes).

Cyrusher Sports will not be responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to the Cyrusher Sports Team at eu@cyrusher.com within a reasonable time (3 days) after the shipment arrives. Warranty details:

all electric bikes and bicycles sold by https://cyrusher.eu are covered by our manufacturer's limited time warranty with the original owner against defects in material or workmanship, including all individual components as follows:

A). 2-year limited warranty:

Cyrusher sport bike components, including the frame, forks, stem, handlebars, helmet, seatpost, bottom bracket, hips, and pedals, are warranted against manufacturing and/or fabrication defects. Manufacture for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. .

B). One-year limited warranty:

Bicycles and electrical components including derailleur, gearbox, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel and cassette, reflectors, and essential hardware against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles are required against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not cover damage due to power surges, improper use of the charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, normal wear and tear, or water damage.

What we will do.

If a part is found to be defective or damaged without user error, we will issue a replacement part. We will help you replace any defective parts. We will replace any parts damaged during shipment. We will provide a replacement product to the owner if the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of tests determined by the Cyrusher Sports Team.

What we will not do.

Cyrusher Sports will not replace any part without first looking at photos or video of the damaged part. We will not provide warranty service to second owners. We will not remove parts that have been damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third-party service or partial replacement unless we accept a repair. We will not pay the return charge for any damaged or defective product or component.

Cyrusher Sports will not cover any damage that may occur during the launch if the owner sets their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped via a courier or similar service. Please see our return policy for more information.

Cyrusher Sports must provide the warranty. Proof of purchase may be requested with any warranty claim. Before making a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department, as there may be a simple solution to your problem. Cyrusher Sports will process valid warranty claims within one year of the original purchase. Warranty claims can be sent to eu@cyrusher.com.

Shipping Damage Claims:

FREE to inspect your products for damage. Claims for cargo damage are very urgent. We will not accept cargo damage claims more than 30 days after receiving the product. Record any damage to the product(s) on the bill of lading before you and the driver authorize the shipment. Take pictures of any damage found and date the pictures if possible. Retain all packaging and documentation until the inspection process is completed. Report damage complaints within 10 days of delivery to Cyrusher Sports customer service representative at eu@cyrusher.com.

Credit Card Recharge:

If for any reason an order is refunded to a credit card and the product(s) remain in the customer's possession, the warranty will be suspended until the charge is resolved.
