Informazioni sulla batteria: questa batteria è dotata di celle SAMSUNG. Ci sono molti fattori che determineranno la durata della batteria, come ad esempio: temperatura, strategie di conservazione, cura della batteria, ecc. È possibile che con l'aumento o la diminuzione della temperatura la carica della batteria si scarichi più rapidamente. Si consiglia di mantenere la batteria a temperatura ambiente per ottenere i migliori risultati.
Conservazione della batteria: quando si ripone la batteria per lunghi periodi di tempo, NON caricare completamente la batteria. Si consiglia di conservare la batteria tra il 50% e il 70% per proteggere al meglio le celle della batteria.
Ricarica: la batteria impiega circa 5-6 ore per caricarsi completamente e può durare fino a 1500 ricariche complete.
Tieni presente che le batterie acquistate singolarmente non sono dotate di caricabatterie.

I have communicated with Cyrusher numerous times. Never about issues with my XF800.
I have been slowly building a second full suspension trail E-“trailBike. I have communicated with Alex, at Cyrusher, dozens of times to get help, assistance, and even recommendations. I have also dealt with Amy a few times.
I have been given fantastic customer service, and I am happy to say my new E-trailBike is going to be fantastic. They went out of their way to try to help me with parts to assemble my new bike, that are typically not sold separately. I was even able to use spare parts that I have laying around my garage. They didn’t make me buy any more parts than I needed, what I got is top-quality.
I have read some of the noise out there on the Internet about Cyrusher, it simply is untrue. I have friends that have other brands of E bikes, that they have paid more for, they don’t hold a candle to either one of my E-bikes, that I either bought from Cyrusher completed, or put my parts together with parts I bought from Cyrusher to make a phenomenal step though E-bike.
If Cyrusher would like to be to communicate with potential buyers, I will gladly do so. I am extremely happy with Cyrusher Bikes and their customer service.
