Refund Policy

Useful Advice

Please retain the package and packaging for at least 14 days after delivery in case the product needs to be returned. You will be charged up to €90 if you request a box and packaging from Cyrusher to complete the return.

Please note that the information regarding the travel range of a single charge on any of our e-bikes is an estimate, not guaranteed. There are many factors that contribute to determining the actual real-world battery range, such as battery age and temperature, pedal assist level, speed, load, and terrain. Under the right conditions, you may achieve performance lower or higher than the maximum indicated range.

Return Policies

1) Ebike Order

Returns are not granted following fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

To render an undamaged or defective ebike eligible for return, you must contact Cyrusher within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. The ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of wear, mud, dust, odors, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same package and condition as when it was delivered to you, including all items that were inside the package (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return label from Cyrusher.

Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to the return being processed.

Customer bears shipping costs for return and of original fulfillments;

Ebikes that have been officially registered in the buyer’s name CANNOT be returned;

2) Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellation

Our backorders fulfillment process refers to ebikes that have already been declared as available but are temporarily out of stock.

For all pre-orders and backorders, the cost will be charged immediately to the credit/debit card. No delays will be made in collecting payments, regardless of the scheduled shipping date.

Purchased products that have not yet been shipped will be subject to a ten percent (10%) or a minimum of €30 restocking fee.

3) Accessories/Parts/Component Orders

Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a spare part under the Limited Warranty is eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Any returned accessory or spare part must be unused, free of wear, tear, mud, dust, odors, and any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened, in the same package and condition as it was received.

Subject to a 25% restocking fee (this will be deducted from the refund);

Customer bears costs of both shipments (The original shipping cost is withheld from the refund)

4) Used Items

No returns, except in EXTREME cases of Breakage/Malfunction (Confirmed by Cyrusher).

All clothing (apparel, hats, etc.)

6) Returns

The return value referred to each item, purchased through an order with discount code, will undergo a subtraction of the discounted amount, regardless of whether one or more ebikes will be returned.

Returns will be issued after the Ebike has been received and inspected.

7) Damaged Items

If the product arrived damaged, please send photos and videos immediately to customer support (Any delay in reporting Damaged Products exceeding 3 days from delivery will drastically increase the chances of a refund request being rejected by the carriers). Once confirmed by Cyrusher, we will accept the return exclusively in exchange for a full return, in accordance with the Return Procedures below.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is that: (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card, affirm account, or Paypal account equal to the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card, affirm account, or Paypal account has already been charged the cost of the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or Paypal account for the Damaged Product.

Return Procedures

Every return must be executed within 14 days from the product delivery date.

1) Prior to shipping a return, the customer must have the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Cyrusher. If a customer sends a return without Cyrusher's written consent, the refund will not be issued, and the customer will have to bear the shipping costs to retrieve the shipped product or forfeit it.

2) If the return has been approved by us, please contact customer support to obtain the agreed shipping address.

3) The carrier selected by the buyer bears full responsibility for the return shipment, including the possibility of damage during transport and loss of shipment.

Please send us images and documents for the conditions of the ebike(s) or package before returning any item.

We recommend sufficiently insuring each return shipment against loss or damage.

If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee receiving the item you returned within the timeframes confirmed by the carrier.
