I hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Cyrusher, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during the test ride.

I understand that this waiver extends to any liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use or operation of the electric bikes, whether caused by negligence, the condition of the equipment, or the actions of other participants or third parties.

I acknowledge and understand that this liability waiver is legally binding and that by signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Cyrusher for any injuries or damages I may sustain during the test ride.

I also consent to the use of electronic signatures and acknowledge that my electronic signature, whether typed or digitally executed, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

I have read this liability waiver in its entirety, and I understand its terms. I voluntarily and knowingly sign this waiver, intending to be legally bound by its contents.
