This battery listing is specifically designated for the Cyrusher XF900 model.

About the battery: This battery is equipped with SAMSUNG cells. There are many factors that will determine the battery's life, such as: Temperature, storing strategies, battery care, etc. It is possible with increased or decreased temperatures that the battery's charge will drain quicker. We recommend keeping the battery near room temperature for best results.

Storing the battery: When storing the battery for long periods of time, DO NOT fully charge the battery. We recommend storing the battery between 50%-70% to best protect the battery's cells.

Charging: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge and can last up to 1500 full charges. 

Please note that batteries purchased individually do not come with a charger.

Unfortunately, I’ve not received the battery. I’m trying to work with FedEx to locate but have not had any success.

Above and beyond

I had some minor shipping damage and later on my battery case cracked in the center for no apparent reason. Alec and Jake resolved my problem and sent out warranty replacements within one day. Their customer service and tech-support go far beyond expectations and for some reason my account wouldn’t let me submit a support ticket so with a phone call in a couple of emails they took care of everything for me personally. I just want everyone to know how incredible the Utah office is and how friendly helpful everybody that I’ve spoken to has been. 110% service rating.

Company stands behind product

I bought my XF900 the end June 22’. I had a warranty issue and the took care of me quickly. It’s been my experience that these E-bike companies only have sales available by phone which is understandable as they’d have so many calls for service that in the end would be reflected in the cost of product. So, just realize you will have to use the chat but be confident as it is efficient and this a great company I’d strongly recommend. In fact, I’m about to buy a buddy 2nd bike. Thanks Cyrusher! I’m happy customer who loves his bike.
